The K Club

The K Club is one of Ireland’s leading golf course complexes and was host to the 2006 Ryder Cup. It is conveniently located just half an hours drive from Dublin city centre. There are two championship courses, the Palmer North and the Palmer South course, each deliberately different to avoid comparison. The Palmer North Course which hosted the Ryder Cup makes clever use of the surrounding natural woodland and the famous River Liffey, one mile of which meanders through the grounds of the course. It has also hosted the Irish Open a number of times. The Palmer South course is best described as an inland links course. Its construction includes dramatic landscapes and 14 acres of water. It has hosted the European Open and many other professional tournaments.
